Addresses the organization, responsibilities, and control procedures for the manual. All regulatory references are listed as well as Advisory Circulars and ICAO Recommended Practices and Procedures. This section includes international crew qualification and the initial and recurrent training syllabus.
Describes in detail the operations procedures for flightcrews conducting flight into MNPS / RVSM / RNP-10 and B-RNAV airspace. Procedures are organized by phase of flight (Preflight Planning and Procedures, Inflight, and Postflight). Each area of application is graphically displayed. High latitude flying is explained, including FMS (appropriate to aircraft FMS) procedures (optional). TCAS operations and phraseology are also included.
Includes special procedures for inflight contingencies in MNPS, RVSM, RNP-10, and B-RNAV airspace. A few examples of contingency procedures are Partial/Total Loss of LRNS, SLOP, Weather Deviation, TCAS Alerts with Pilot/Controller phraseology, Altimeter Errors, Lost Communications, and Survival and Rescue.

Update / Subscription Service
The manual is continuously updated via E-Bulletins issued on a timely basis. The operator is notified of all upcoming international issues and changes via email. Manual changes are included along with all source documents. The E-Bulletins are retained in an appendix and will be incorporated into the next scheduled reissue. Reissues are shipped every two (2) years from the original date of the manual.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Soon? All manuals are custom-created per your Flight Department operational procedures and aircraft equipment (Navigation (LRNS/FMS)/Communications (HF, SATCOM, SAT/AFIS, etc.), RVSM Equipment). Please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete your project. More urgent requests can be accommodated, workload permitting. Overnight shipping is available.
What document format is used? All manuals are provided in the two-column ICAO format. Most all custom formatting requests can be met. The manual is provided in electronic form (PDF) and/or hard copy. Paper copies are laser printed with custom tabs and binders.
Adding An Additional Aircraft? Only one (1) International Operations manual is normally required. We can add any number of aircraft to the existing, approved manual at an hourly rate. (Typically 1-2 l/hrs.)
Is there Post LOA Application Support? Any FAA requested change to the operations or maintenance program will be accomplished promptly after receipt by Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. There is no charge for these changes.
