Training Tracking Program

The online Training Tracking Program automates the process of assigning training requirements. Automated alerts are sent to personnel who are required to complete training by a pre-determined date. Alerts are sent for pending and overdue training requirements to the Chief Pilot and/or Training and Standardization Captain, and the Director of Maintenance, as applicable.

Training Tracking Program is a systematic process to ensure that the required training is actually completed and the upcoming / recurrent training is scheduled. The Training Tracking Program demonstrates a commitment to training events that will ensure that all personnel are competent to perform their duties. This program conforms to IS-BAO Protocol 4.3.1, 5.1.1., 5.3.1, and 5.12.0.
