Gap Analysis and Mock Audit

Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. IS-BAO auditors meet and exceed the IBAC standards for the qualifications and experience required for auditors.

Gap Analysis 

Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. IS-BAO auditors can conduct a Gap Analysis of an existing manual. The analysis is performed referencing the Flight Department's documented SMS, Flight Operations Manual, Emergency Response Plan, etc. Recommendations will be made in preparation and support of a successful IS-BAO audit.

Online meetings are typically scheduled to discuss the recommended solutions to discrepancies found while conducting the Gap Analysis. Full participation from the operator will be required to accomplish and meet the IS-BAO protocols and standards.

Mock Audit 

Onsite mock audits are conducted by certified IS-BAO auditors and Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. team members who have become familiar with the Flight Department's documented SMS, Flight Operations Manual, Emergency Response Plan, etc. A one-day mock audit is typically conducted after a thorough review of the operator's documentation.

Note: Due to a conflict of interests, if Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. performs a Gap Analysis or Mock Audit with recommendations, we will be unable to conduct the IS-BAO audit.
