Auditor Qualifications: Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. IS-BAO auditors meet and exceed the IBAC standards for the required qualifications and experience.

Audit Objectives: Audit objectives include determining that the Flight Department is in conformity with the IS-BAO standards, observing and assessing the Flight Department's adherence to the recommended practices contained in the IS-BAO, assisting the Flight Department in identifying any safety deficiencies, and making recommendations accordingly to the IBAC Secretariat.

The Auditor will confirm the Flight Department has:

• A Safety Policy;
• Authorities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities;
• A Safety Risk Profile;
• Proactive Risk Management Procedures;
• Management and Employee Involvement;
• Technical Document Control;
• Training;
• A Flight Operations Manual;
• Safety Information;
• Occurrence Reporting;
• Safety Performance Evaluation;
• Active Safety Management & Monitoring; and
• SMS Documentation.

Note: Due to a conflict of interests, if Assessment Compliance Group, Inc. assists with the development of the Flight Department's SMS and Flight Operations Manual, we will be unable to conduct the IS-BAO audit. Upon request, a list of third party auditors may be provided.
