International Operations Recurrent Training Program

The International Operations Recurrent Training Program is an instructor-led online training program with worldwide accessibility. It consists of a dynamic curriculum reflecting the high standard of international operating practices. This program supports experienced flightcrews as well as flightcrews transitioning to international operations.
This program is compliant with all Title 14 CFR Part 91 and/or 135 and 125, FAA Orders and Notices, FSIMS 8900.1, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices/Procedures, OTARs (if applicable), and State Aeronautical Information Publications. Regional Supplementary Information presented in the program is continually researched to provide flightcrews with any differences between ICAO and State regulations that are critical to safety of flight.

This training will be conducted with the highest regard for safety of flight worldwide. With the rapid changes affecting global airspace and technological advances in airspace and aircraft systems, operators recognize the demands placed on their flightcrews to maintain compliance and to follow established company procedures.
The instructor-led training is visual and verbal, analytical and experiential, and provides immediate feedback. Course interactive strategies have been designed to confirm required pilot knowledge of international operations. All guidance is updated per State regulatory agency publications. All comments and discussions are welcomed and encouraged.
All qualifying international crewmembers will have attended an Initial International Procedures Course.
The program includes specific International Preflight, Inflight, and Postflight Procedures. Emphasis is placed on the application of the operator's standards as established in the operator's International Operations Manual to provide a thorough review of international operations procedures and practices. The four (4) part series of five (5) quizzes are developed from the Operator’s International Operations Manual.
The instructor-led training program will require access to the Internet and a telephone (with speaker or headset) to dial into the session on the appropriate day. A broadband connection is required. Due to feedback, a headset is required when using Skype.

Our Onsite IOPS Recurrent Training Program has been successfully conducted since 1996 and is available at the operator's convenience. A minimum of 8 pilots is required for onsite training. Online IOPS Recurrent Training Program has been successfully conducted online since 2000 and is available at scheduled intervals.

When can I expect the Completion Certificates? The Completion Certificates with the syllabus are sent electronically within 24 hours. Printed copies are available upon request.
